As a specialist Enabling Works Contractor, working across the UK and mainland Europe, we were selected once again as Principle Demolition Contractor at the former RKL Engineering Factory, Reddish, Stockport

Works involved:

· Internal Soft Strip & Asbestos Removal Works
· Deconstruction of existing former factory units
· Excavation of all slabs, footings and foundations
· Crushing all demolitions arisings to 6F5 and place in a stockpile for the clients re-use

We are once again pleased to hand over a clean ready to use site for our client who has selected ourselves across an array of complex and traditional contracts. We had to assist the local residents with ongoing activities and liaise with them to ensure that all parties were comfortable during our works on site. Dust suppression is key across all our sites and was imperative due to close proximity of the surrounding residents.
