At TOTAL Controlled Demolition Services, we have the necessary management training and experience, along with a full commitment to resourcing a project that allows us to undertake the trusted role of principal contractor. As a fully verified and vetted SMAS Contractor we have attain multiple levels of competency within the industry and able to offer a bespoke service to all our clients.

We can manage complex projects effectively and professionally, complying with all legal, environmental, and health and safety compliance related issues.  It also includes the control of approved sub-contractor activities within the project, and importantly, continued, and concise liaison with other project duty holders, government agencies, local authorities, emergency service providers, and users of the local environment such as residents, schools, hospitals, and local business owners.

Additionally, to our experience and ability to provide project management services, we have integrated COVID-19 Safe Systems of work in accordance with Public Health England’s Guidance and Advice. This means that we are fully capable of delivering our Project Managements services across multiple sites whilst maintaining COVID-19 Site Safety measures, keeping our teams safe whilst undertaking works on site.

As part of our Project Management Services, we do offer a bespoke free pre-tender advice and partnership programme, working with clients to achieve best value whilst remaining commercially and programme efficient.
