We were delighted to be appointed as the preferred Demolition partner for this complex project working in the heart of Liverpool. The project consisted of 8 levels, 4 demolition teams deployed by TOTAL including 1 asbestos team. All teams worked concurrently alongside multiple trades.

Our works required careful removal of ceilings and bulkheads in this wonderful Grade II listed buildings. Restrictions including COVID 19 Secure requirements and dust levels across floors, all of which our teams complied with and carried out a safe and professional project for Overbury. Our Site Manager won various awards with his commitment and professionalism during the course of the works on site. We are pleased to confirm that all works were completed on site time and to the required standard. We look forward to working with our client once again.
