TOTAL Controlled Demolition Services Limited were appointed by our valued client to undertake the extensive Demolition & Asbestos Enabling Works Package at Stretford Mall Redevelopment. The project was a wide scale demolition and asbestos removal enabling works package undertaken whilst the mall remained live and operational in areas. Our works included a wide range of diverse services: Demolition | Soft Strip Works | Core Drilling | Asbestos Removal | Bridge Deconstruction | Roof Removal | Partial Deconstruction | M&E Removal Works | Structural Alterations.

We deployed over 40 TOTAL Demolition Site Staff to deliver these services simultaneously for our valued client over an extensive complex programme period.
