Archway Tower

We are proud to confirm appointment as specialist Enabling Works Contractor on behalf of our client to conduct the extensive internal demolition and façade removal works to the existing 17 story tower located in the heart of Islington and located directly above the busy Islington tube station. We deployed over 60 demolition operatives on site managed by our Senior Staff to ensure that an efficient and safe project is completed.

Works involved:

· Internal Soft Strip and Roof / Plant Decommissioning Dismantling
· Concrete Cutting & Drilling / Façade Removal Works.
· Plaster and Structural Alterations
· Asbestos Removal including unique method of removal via mast climbers approved by the HSE.
· Liaison with London under Ground and Pedestrian Management.

We were pleased to hand over a clean ready to use site for our client who has selected ourselves across an array of complex and traditional contracts.
