As a specialist Enabling Works Contractor, working across the UK and mainland Europe, we were selected once again as Principle Demolition Contractor at the prestigious Ferney Lee Primary School, Todmorden on behalf of Interserve Construction.
Works involved:
· Internal Soft Strip and Roof Reclamation Works
· Demolition (Mechanical) of existing Primary School Building
· Excavation of al slabs, footings, foundations
· Crushing of all demolition arisings to 6F5 to backfill all voids and contour the site.
We were pleased to hand over a clean ready to use site for our client who has selected ourselves across an array of complex and traditional contracts. We have some involvement with Ecological Contractor which hindered our initial progress, but we soon caught up and delivered all services on time and on budget for our client.
