Navigation House, Salford Quays

As a Leading contractor in the UK, we were appointed by the client based on our experience and knowledge working with Planning Departments within Manchester City Centre.

We were contracted to deconstruct the existing Navigation House in a short time frame to secure planning for the site. We provided a robust, efficient service and completed the works ahead of schedule including completing additional variation works for the client on site. We deployed a range of our dedicated Plant Equipment to complete the works. We worked along the Metrolink to ensure that safety of the tram track which bordered the existing site.
