Bryn Awel Hotel & Garages

We were pleased to be appointed by our new client Anwyl Group to conduct the extensive Enabling Works Package at Bryn Awel, Mold. Following numerous months working the estimating department, we were instructed to commence on site in late November 2019. Our timescale on site was a total of 7 weeks, we are pleased to confirm that the works were successfully carried out in a 4 week duration brining in the scheme for the client ahead of schedule. We face a number of small challenges with the Party Wall agreements, but our team liaised with the surveyors and neighbours to ensure that all parties were happy and works were carried out safely and to the satisfaction of the client. With other projects in the pipeline we look forward to continuing working with our client and many other schemes.
