Park Hills Development Phase 2

Following a numerous months of tendering and negotiations, conducting extensive value engineering options, we are pleased to be appointed as Specialist Enabling Works Contractor at Park Hills Phase 2. As the structure is Grade II listed, we carefully considered our works and deployed two extensive site teams working alongside each other which including over 40 demolition operatives and 20 asbestos removal operatives, all trained to the required standard to ensure that the works were completed on time.

Works included:

• Asbestos Removal of the entire phase 2 development.
• Environmental Clean up – which included Pigeon Guano Removal and a Needle Stick Removal Operation.
• Internal Demolition and Soft Strip Works.
• Balcony Deconstruction
• Removal of all Mechanical & Electrical and Service Pipe Work within the underground trench.
